The Bob Gainey Award
Awarded to the GM who displays the most class and dignity during the down and dirty DHL season.
Criteria: Courteous in trade talks, responds promptly to PMs, respectful to fellow GM's on the forum.

The Brian Burke Award
Awarded to the GM who's stubbornness outranked all who tried to differ.
Criteria: Failing to listen to other opinions, overall failure to see what everyone else can.

i like these awards more then the ones we have, and i think GM's would value winning these more then the generic brands we have, as for the compensation, 1M each is on par with the other awards, it think that's reasonable of these as well.

I like the new awards.

I did not like the way the awards were done this year, accepting that it's often a shitshow the way we normally do them and I certainly wasn't around to step up this time and do any work on them.
