Slight update to bidding

Just a slight change in the process. Any player that I enter the second round on, please send the bids to John - Sharks (commissioner). Should John and I both enter the second round on a player, we will find someone else to get the bids to. I'll be sure to post a reminder in the update post every time this is necessary.

This change is only to ensure I can be competitive in the second round of bidding. As it stands I would not be able to take a buyout on one guy and then up my offer on another as a response.
