Carolina Quarterly Block

Post by Carolina Gm-Andrew »

Team seems to have good chemistry so far. If we continue at around this pace I’ll likely be looking to upgrade on one of the following players at the camp bump.

James Van Riemsdyk (signed 3 season at 1.15)
Has been passable in a top 6 role.

Ian Cole (signed 3 seasons at 1.7)
Has played in top 4 and recently top pairing

Patrick Kane (signed 4 seasons at 1.7)
PPG player.

Very happy with Kane but sometimes you need to give to get so I’ll see what’s out there

Kane has heated up to the point where it really doesn’t look like he will be available.

Kyle Palmieri who had a prorated 50 point season and is signed for 4 seasons at a very reasonable 680k could be available for cash or futures as I try to clear some wiggle room for a cap bump splash.

Accepting Cash Offers on JVR

75 Speed 77 strength 70 Scoring at 1.05 million makes him a nice complementary player in a DHL Top 6 or Top 9

LOL. I don’t love it but I also don’t hate it lol.

We can see if this gets to an acceptable level of love for former 2nd overall pick JVR ;)

Really looking forward to Pavel Zacha getting a rating bump next year.

However, I should probably look at improving on him with Mackinnon and Drai rolling right now

If you like him, send me a message
