Season 36 Prospect Creation Thread

I thought any rookie who has played under 25games, 15 for goalies should be going back to the prospect pool unless they have played more than 5 games and you want to create them.

Confirm this please. Otherwise, just these two to send back to prospect list:

William Dufour
Elliot Desnoyers

In addition to these two, please just send back all Blue Jackets prospects who played less than 25 games last year.
