Discord is a text and voice chat software that could be best described as a hybrid between Slack/Skype and Teamspeak.
You can use Discord on your phone (android and apple), windows computer, mac/OSX computer, and browser. You don't need to disclose any personal information to make a discord account, you can use a throwaway e-mail!

That's pretty easy as well. Follow the steps below:

Make an account. Easy enough, previous explained.
As for you username, make it whatever you'd like but I will disable username changes within the server so whatever you choose make sure you're fine with it. In addition to that, I'll put a simple tag in front of your name so others know which team they're dealing with. Each team will get their own channel within the server to conduct private discussion should they wish

From experience, having actual trade discussions using a VOIP system is a unique way of making things more interesting, efficient and enjoyable.

Just wanted to bump this as we near trade deadline. No need to download anything, you can have typical MSN style trade talks, or even have voice talks which adds another dimension to trade talks.
