Compliance Committee

To encourage participation and to make sure fines are handed out in the fairest way, I'm going to start a Compliance Committee of 3 or 4 members. Whenever a roster violation occurs, one of the committee members should be privately pm'ed and fines will be discussed as a group and then announced.

Thanks for all of the interest from many GMs but I'm happy to announce Rich, Trevor and Todd as committee members. They all bring a great deal of experience and ideas to the table.
