Nashville and Toronto are all fined 3 mil for their 2nd infraction. After tonight, I'm putting players on waivers automatically for the teams.

The trade deadline will be Wednesday, August 3rd.

Note: Because it's a short season, the cap increase won't be a full week prior to the deadline. The Cap will be 42 mil and the floor will be 18 mil beginning Saturday, July 31st until the end of the season.

Because we're simming twice a day, the first waiver period and all waiver periods this season will be shortened to 24 hours. Get your claims in right away.

FYI, since Vancouver is over the cap, I'm suspending Ristolainen until they get a new GM to fix their situation.
