All prospects that have ratings for Season 33 can be created and signed for 4 seasons (default) or less.

Ratings can be found in the ratings forum.

No OV cause they don't have SK/SP/DF ratings yet

Didn't we have an overall calculator somewhere at one point where you could pump in the ratings to see what the OV is?
