CDNHL - Pay League

So i've taken on commish with a pay league i've been in for a couple yrs...the season hasn't begun yet, former commish just doesn't have any time...I'm looking to fill some GM spots, cost is $30 for the season with all monies going back to teams.

Newbies need to pay but if the team was paid until 2014, your cash goes to 2015.

Detroit is gone, Philly and St. Louis still available.

We are currently doing draft + offer sheets.

UFA is on deck, rules are very similar to NHL CBA including contracts.
As mentioned we are also using SHL/DHL ratings.
