Read SC61 and Bergie SC63. So how can we say SC ratings are based on NHL stats? If ratings are based on last season stats and this season stats. Should the Formula first combine total goals then calculate SC

That's not how the formula works tough. It calculates SC based on points per game the first half of this season and then takes the average this season + the old ratings from the last full season.

He had 72 SC last season. Based on his 3 goals this season he would have 50 SC. The average of the two is 61. That is how we can say it is based on NHL stats. That is how they are based on both last season and this season's NHL stats. The formula takes the average rating after the rating is calculated. It doesn't take the per game stats over 123 games.

It's okay. Pasi has only been here for 18 seasons. These things take time to grasp.

I do not mind and quite like our ratings. Outside of the obscure like giving Crosby preferential treatment couple years back think they are mostly solid. Also bad ratings and hot/cold starts make things interesting as they force deals.

how did the EX and LD of some players decrease?

Shouldnt EX always increase each re-rate session or at least remain the same?

I'd expect it to at least stay the same during a mid-season re-rate.

Goalies always seem to have ex/ld issues...another consideration is ratings are based on percentiles so it's not always black and white..

can we just have his EX and LD at least remain at 78. looking at other goalies all starters gained 2 or 3 in each while back ups earned 1. Hiller has been a starter this year so really should at least have 80 EX and LD...

You can ask Lu if he wants...I don't think one or two ex/ld points being much diff but...
