HR & Cap Cop

Now that Nick is taking over ratings and lotto, we'll need to find someone to do HR and someone to be the Cap Cop. Let me know if you're interested in either role.

Merci...basically the rules are to let me know when someone doesn't comply with the cap and to set a good example yourself

what does HR have to do, i'll do it if i can, but i doubt i'm strong enough to hit homeruns in actual MLB park, not sure if that' s a requirement.
